“I’m chewing away at my skin, always on the lookout because of my anxiety, paranoia, and fear. A representation of what it feels like living as a person with anxiety and paranoia. I’m afraid of stepping out and doing normal day-to-day activities like grocery shopping or throwing away my trash. I’m always on high alert to my surroundings, ready to bolt at any moment, while engaging in habits that soothe me but also slowly destroy my face and health.” Malachi Fedunak
